Need Help: My PC Won’t Post After Upgrading the Motherboard and CPU

I recently upgraded my motherboard and processor, and I'm having trouble getting the new setup to post. When I press the power button, all the fans spin briefly before stopping, but the CPU and GPU fans keep running without displaying any image on the screen. There's a yellow light on the left side of the motherboard; I'm not sure if that's important. I doubt it's a BIOS issue since the packaging says it's 'Ryzen 5500 Desktop Ready.' My specs are:
- Asus Prime B550M-A Wifi II
- AMD Ryzen 5 5500
- Gigabyte Windforce 2070 Super
- GSkill RipJaws 2x16GB DDR4

So far, I've tried:
- Removing one stick of RAM
- Switching RAM sticks
- Removing the GPU entirely
- Switching RAM channels
- Replacing the GPU
- Unplugging all SATA connectors

Here's an image of the yellow light: https://imgur.com/a/BbMGlnr

Hey! First off, does your motherboard beep at all when you try to start it up? Also, can you confirm that the CPU is properly seated in the socket? Just want to be sure!

No beeps coming from the motherboard. And yes, I'm certain the CPU is properly installed; I matched the triangles when I set it.

Did you remember to transfer over your SSD or any storage that has Windows on it? And you should definitely make sure that your monitor is plugged into the GPU, not the motherboard. That yellow light sounds important too; can you describe it or provide a clearer picture? Also, can you get into the BIOS at all?

I didn’t touch the storage; it’s still on my original setup. I’ve plugged the monitor into every port I could find on the GPU, and even the mobo, but still no image. Just added the image of the yellow light to the original post.

Make sure you’re connecting the display to the GPU, since the Ryzen 5 5500 doesn’t have an integrated GPU. Did you try both options?

Yes, I tried both the GPU and the motherboard. No luck either way.
