Hey all! I'm building a PC primarily for 1080p and 1440p gaming, and I want to make sure I'm getting the most bang for my buck while keeping the price around $1000. Here's my parts list from PCPartPicker:

I'm specifically looking for advice on a few things:
1. Would switching to a Ryzen 5 7600 allow me to save some money without significantly impacting performance?
2. Any recommendations for cheaper yet reliable motherboards?
3. Can I cut costs on the PSU or case without compromising quality?
4. Are there any better GPU options available at this price point?
I'd really appreciate any tips or suggestions to help me lower the overall cost while maintaining solid gaming performance. Thanks a lot!

If you live near a MicroCenter, their CPU+Motherboard+RAM bundles are fantastic and could save you a lot! Might be worth checking out!
Here's a link to a different build I think you might like: [PCPartPicker List](https://pcpartpicker.com/list/kxZsQd). Also, avoid the Crucial P3 SSD since it's QLC and has low endurance. A 650W PSU should suffice, and I recommend a quality unit if you're looking to save. If you want to go to 750W, check out the Thermaltake GF1, though the Montech Century II is a decent option but currently out of stock.
The Ryzen 5 7600 is a bit slower, like 1-2% less performance, but if there's a decent enough price drop it could be worth it. The PSU and case from brands like Phanteks or Corsair are solid options. As for GPUs, prices are tough right now. You might want to look at used ones like the 3080, but AMD options generally offer better value at this time.
I live about 30-45 mins away, but I'll definitely check it out!
