I've discovered that my power switch isn't connected to either the case or the motherboard, and I'm completely lost on how to reconnect it. Can anyone guide me through the steps to get this sorted?

Have you checked if the cable is plugged in? That’s usually the first step!
If you think it's not connected to the case, I recommend looking at your motherboard manual. It shows where the power switch connects on the board. Just make sure you're connecting the right pins!
I can link it to the motherboard, but the two-pin connector seems to be disconnected from the case. Any tips on getting it to fit?
