I've been locked out of my Apple ID since January 17th. I can't remember my password, and when I tried to reset it, I was stuck in the account recovery process without receiving any calls or texts from Apple as promised. I've reached out to support, but all they tell me is to try again, which hasn't worked. I'm not sure what charges are being made to my account and really need help getting back in. Any advice?

I know it’s frustrating, but give this method one last shot. Go to iforgot.apple.com and request account recovery again. Wait about 24 hours before going back to that page—it’ll seem like you're starting over, but you won't have to. This time, it should give you new instructions once the wait is over, and they’ll tell you how many days until you can access your account again. Just make sure to log in to iforgot after the wait period.
Are you using an Apple device? If your name is showing up in the Settings under your account, that’s a trusted device! You can try resetting your password directly from there. Just go to Settings > [your name] > Sign-In & Security > Change Password. If it asks for a password you can't remember, just try a few variations. If you mess up a few times, look for the option to "Reset Password." Avoid using the website if you have a trusted device signed in; that will cancel your recovery. If you're not getting the verification text or call, don't worry; there's still a way. Head over to apple.com/recover directly after the waiting period from your recovery request. Follow the instructions there to try to regain access. Just a heads up, make sure you’re following the guidelines from Apple’s support on account recovery to avoid canceling the process by mistake. Also, if you started recovery from one device, don’t use any other devices that are signed in to your Apple Account during that time, or it’ll mess things up.
I've tried all that, but every time I go back to the recover page, it forces me into the same recovery process. It's so frustrating!
I've already gone through this process three times and it always sends me back to the start. Is there anything else I can try?
