I'm looking for a second opinion from someone with more experience in building PCs. I recently put together a list of components for a new build after not having a PC for about a decade, and I want to make sure I haven't made any errors or overspent unnecessarily. I've done some research but just want a bit of confirmation before investing a significant amount of money on these parts. Here's my current PCPartPicker list:
- **CPU**: AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D 4.7 GHz 8-Core Processor
- **Cooler**: Noctua NH-U12A (chromax.black)
- **Motherboard**: MSI MAG B850M MORTAR WIFI Micro ATX AM5
- **Memory**: Corsair Vengeance 64 GB (2 x 32 GB) DDR5-5200 CL40
- **Storage**: Samsung 990 Pro 2 TB M.2 PCIe 4.0 NVME SSD
- **GPU**: NVIDIA Founders Edition GeForce RTX 5090 32 GB
- **Case**: Jonsbo D32 PRO MicroATX
- **Power Supply**: Corsair SF1000 (2024) 1000 W 80+ Platinum SFX
The total comes to about $2085.89. My goal is to build a solid rig without making costly mistakes, so any feedback would be hugely appreciated!

Your build looks top-notch! Everything seems to be in order. Although, have you considered that 64GB of RAM might be a bit more than you need? For most gaming tasks, 32GB or even 48GB might fit better, especially if you're not streaming or doing heavy multitasking.

Exactly! I’m not into streaming either and mostly just want to run local models, so I reckon I might be okay with less RAM than I planned.
