I'm thinking about upgrading my GPU, but I'm torn between the 9060 XT and the 9070 XT. The 9060 XT with 16GB would work well with my 5600X processor, and it's much more affordable at 375 euros. On the other hand, I do have the budget for the 9070 XT, which would cost around 770 euros when you factor in the need for a new PSU. I'm worried about the upcoming shortages and price hikes, so I'm uncertain if spending extra on the 9070 XT is worth it, especially since it might bottleneck with my current CPU. I usually upgrade every 3 to 5 years and mainly play indie games, but I also want to get into some AAA titles soon. I have a 1440p monitor, but using frame generation to achieve 60fps in some games is frustrating, like what I experienced in Dying Light. Any advice on whether I should upgrade now or wait?

If budget isn't a huge constraint and you're looking to keep the card for the long haul, the 9070 XT could be worth it. It offers better performance and future-proofing, especially if AAA titles are your goal. Just make sure your PSU can handle it! What CPU are you using again?

I have a Ryzen 5 5600X with 32GB of RAM.
