I'm completely new to building PCs, and I've come up with a build that I think suits my needs. I'm looking for feedback and any recommendations to improve my choices. My budget is around $1,100. Here's the link to my current parts: [PCPartPicker Build](https://pcpartpicker.com/list/RkKYC8). Any advice on whether my selections are good or if there are better options would be greatly appreciated!

For about $1,030, I would set it up like this: [Optimized Build](https://pcpartpicker.com/list/P6wNHW). You could use leftover funds for extra storage or a better PSU, which is beneficial if you plan on upgrading your GPU later. You could also get a QHD 27-inch monitor instead! Just depends on your preferences.

That’s an excellent build for the price!

You can get significantly better performance if you opt for the AM5 motherboard along with the 9060 XT 16GB. It'll fit your budget and offer a noticeable enhancement in gaming and multitasking. Check out this listed build for more details: [Better Build](https://pcpartpicker.com/list/7Zbq2x).

That 9060 is an awesome choice for the price, thanks for the tip!

Here’s another suggestion for under $1,000: [My Build](https://pcpartpicker.com/list/ZMtjkf). I think my GPU is better, and I'd recommend keeping it under that budget if you can!

You've really optimized that build for the price, hope the original poster takes your advice!

Thanks for the suggestion! That build looks way better than mine.

If you don't already have a proper Windows license, I strongly suggest picking one up. With all the free upgrades available, I haven't had to buy a copy since Windows 7. But be careful with "enterprise" copies; you’re trusting a lot to hackers and software pirates.
