Hey everyone! I'm almost done with my first PC build after a long wait, but I've run into a snag. My power supply, a Cooler Master MW3 850W V2 Gold, doesn't have enough PCIe cables – I only got two. I have a 5080 GPU, and I've heard it's best to use the provided adapter. My PSU is modular and came with all the 8-pin PCIe cables, but not the 12-pin ones. How can I find a third cable that's compatible?

Your power supply actually has 4 PCIe 6+2 pin connectors, so you can use a daisy chain for your PCIe 8 pins at the end of your cables. It's fine to connect two separate cables to the GPU power adapter instead of worrying about needing a third cable.
I've seen videos that advise against the daisy chain option due to concerns about overheating and melting, which makes me hesitant. What's the safest way to do this?
