Need Help with Updating BIOS for My PRIME Z790-V WIFI Motherboard

Hey everyone! I recently tried to start Overwatch, and I got this warning saying that my Intel 13th or 14th generation processor needs a BIOS update for stability. It suggests updating the BIOS on my ASUS PRIME Z790-V WIFI motherboard to the latest version, specifically to Intel's microcode 0x12B or later. I have a couple of questions about this:

1. Is the link I found (https://www.asus.com/motherboards-components/motherboards/prime/prime-z790-v-wifi/helpdesk_bios?model2Name=PRIME-Z790-V-WIFI) the right place to download the BIOS? And is version 1820 the one I need, given that my current version is 1663?

2. After I download and extract the BIOS onto a flash drive, where exactly do I need to plug it in? I've seen there are 2 USB ports: one at the back of my PC which allows for easy access, and one inside that needs the glass panel removed. Which one should I use? I've watched several tutorial videos, but they haven't covered this part clearly.

Sorry if this is a bit jumbled; I'm new to this! Any help would be greatly appreciated! I can send images privately if that helps since I can't attach them here. Thanks a bunch!

When updating the BIOS from within the BIOS interface (not using BIOS Flashback), it doesn't really matter which USB port you use. You could even unpack the BIOS file to the root of your C drive and update it from there, similar to what I did with my ASUS X570 board. But for the easiness, just use the USB at the back of your PC. It's more accessible.

How do I find that option though? I was planning to use the ASUS EZ Flash 3 Utility as shown in a tutorial.
