No Sound in Windows After Dual Booting with Linux Mint

Hey everyone! I've got a bit of a puzzler for you. I'm running a dual boot setup with Linux Mint and Windows 10, and I've hit a snag with the sound. Whenever I switch to Windows 10 without shutting down my PC, the sound just disappears. Windows seems to think everything's fine because it recognizes my speakers and headphones and shows that audio is playing, but there's absolutely no sound coming through. I've tried looking for fixes but most just suggest turning off the system completely and rebooting, which is a hassle. Is there any other solution to get my sound back in Windows? I'd really appreciate any help!

You might want to check your BIOS settings and make sure that 'fast startup' is disabled. That can sometimes cause sound issues when switching between operating systems. It might help!

I checked that already, and 'fast startup' is off. Any other ideas?
