PC Build: Fans & RGB Run but No Display?

Hey everyone, I recently put together a new PC and I'm facing an issue where everything seems to power on fine—fans are spinning and the RGB lights up—but I'm getting no display on my monitor. Here are my specs for reference:
- GPU: PNY 5080
- CPU: R7 9800x3d
- RAM: Corsair 64GB (32x2) DDR5
- Motherboard: ASUS TUF Gaming B650-E WIFI

I've already tried a bunch of troubleshooting steps: I've cleared the CMOS, reseated the RAM (even tried using just one stick), reseated the GPU, and even switched to a different GPU (3070). I've also checked the GPU cables, ensured all the connections to the motherboard are secure, and did a BIOS update via flashback just about 15 minutes ago. Despite all this, the RGBs and fans are working, but there's still no display.

Any advice on what else I could try?

Update: I ended up calling tech support for my motherboard and found out I mistakenly installed my 4+4 CPU pins instead of the 8 pin CPU cable. Total rookie mistake!

Make sure your display is plugged directly into the GPU. If you haven’t already done that, it’s a common oversite!

Oh, I should've mentioned that! I've already got my display connected to the GPU.

Did you check if the RAM is seated correctly? It can sometimes be tricky making sure they're fully in place. Also, your motherboard might have debug LEDs—does one stay lit during boot up? If not, maybe try an HDMI cable instead of DisplayPort since that can be finicky. Also, testing with a different monitor could help too.

Thanks for the tips! I just got off the phone with tech support and realized I messed up the CPU power connections, which likely caused the issue.
