I just put together a new PC, but I'm running into some trouble. When I power it on, I see a 00 error code, and the system only stays on for a few seconds before shutting down. Occasionally, it boots to the BIOS setup screen but gets stuck while trying to enter it, then it powers off. I've already reseated the CPU and RAM, and I've checked all the power connections. I'm using BIOS version F2, and I'm not sure if flashing it would make a difference. Any advice would be really helpful!

It's also worth taking a photo of your motherboard. Sometimes visual clues can help in diagnosing the problem. Ensure everything is set up correctly. When was the last time you checked your BIOS version—do you think updating might help?
Before diving deeper, could you let us know the exact model of your motherboard? The X870 refers to the chipset, but I need to know the specific brand and model to give better advice. Once we have that, we can help you troubleshoot further.
