PC Powers On But No Display and Can’t Turn It Off

I have a problem where my computer turns on, but there's no display and I can't turn it off using the power button. I did some research online, and it seems like it could be an issue with the RAM, GPU, or possibly the slots they're in. I recently bought a new motherboard, but I'm still facing the same issue. All the LEDs are lit up and the fans are running (including the GPU fan), but there are no beeps or lights indicating what's wrong. In the past, when my older DDR3 computer had a similar issue, it turned out to be a RAM problem, but this setup uses DDR4, so I'm not sure if that makes a difference. Here's what I'm working with: RAM: T-Create 32Gb (2x16Gb), Evo Potenza 8Gb & Pinnacle 8Gb; CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800XT 8-Core; GPU: NVIDIA 1080/1050 Ti (not sure which one I have); Motherboard: Asus Prime A320M. Can anyone offer suggestions on how to fix this or how to troubleshoot further?

Try taking out the GPU and RAM and see what happens. After that, you can add the hardware back in one piece at a time to see what's causing the issue. Just a thought, but you might have overlooked something critical here.

I actually tried that! Even without the RAM and GPU, the power button still won’t turn off the PC.
