I was trying to get back into Valorant after not playing for a while, and I received a prompt to enable UEFI. Following a tutorial, I changed my BIOS settings to UEFI and turned on Secure Boot. Now, my PC won't boot at all. The screen stays black, I can't access the BIOS, and my fans are continuously whirring. To troubleshoot, I even tried removing the CMOS battery for a few minutes and shorting the jumper pins, but nothing seems to work. It's getting frustrating!

You could definitely take it to a repair shop. Prices can really vary depending on your location and the issue, but expect to pay anywhere from $50 to over $150. Just make sure to get a quote before they start working on it!
First, check if there's a light on your motherboard when you try to boot up. That might give you a clue if it's receiving power correctly. Also, what motherboard do you have? If you disconnect all storage devices and then power it up, it should ideally let you access the UEFI or BIOS settings again to turn off UEFI and Secure Boot. If that doesn't work, you might need to check if your motherboard supports BIOS flashing via a USB flash drive. You can usually find instructions in the manual.
