I'm on the lookout for a service that can help interpret DMARC RUA and RUF reports and present them in a user-friendly dashboard. I want to avoid sifting through the complicated XML files and wasting hours trying to make sense of them. I don't want to move my domain records to this service, but I'm okay with changing the RUA and RUF mailboxes if necessary. Has anyone implemented such a solution in their organization and can suggest a reliable provider for DMARC monitoring and report ingestion?

We've used several across different clients. Key ones include dmarcian, Postmark DMARC (free and surprisingly effective for basic monitoring), and easydmarc. They all let you point your RUA/RUF addresses to their ingestion endpoints without needing DNS transfers. I'd recommend dmarcian for its established reputation and user-friendly dashboard. Just make sure your SPF and DKIM are set up correctly before you dive in; misalignments can lead to a lot of confusion.
We’ve recently tried DMARCeye and so far, it’s working pretty well for us on the free tier! It's a straightforward setup.
Most email security providers can manage DMARC these days. If you're looking for a standalone option, PowerDMARC seems promising. Just remember, these reports are more insightful with enforcement, and PowerDMARC does a good job interpreting them.
Don't overlook Kevlarr! It's been fantastic for what we need.
We've been using Suped and it's been great! Just add their RUA address alongside your current one in your DMARC record, and the reports are automatically ingested. You get a polished dashboard to view your data without needing to deal with raw XML. It only took about 5 minutes to set up, and there's no need for any record transfers or DNS changes.
You can check out [dmarcvendors.com](https://dmarcvendors.com) for a solid list of options. Most services have a free tier to start with. You can maintain your existing email reports by adding the aggregator as a second address in your `rua`, like this: rua=mailto:[email protected],mailto:[email protected]; This way, you can test the service without losing visibility on your current reports.
