I'm currently using a Dell Latitude 3410 which supports both a round tip charger and USB-C. I prefer USB-C since my girlfriend has a Chromebook and we can share chargers. Unfortunately, I've had a lot of trouble with chargers; they seem to die on me within a month. I've purchased three official Dell chargers from Amazon, but they only lasted about two weeks each. I also tried a third-party charger that lasted a bit longer, about two months, before it started failing. I'm looking for suggestions on where to find a good laptop charger that is reliable and will actually last.

You should look into getting an Anker or Ugreen USB-C charger, ideally 65W or higher. Those official Dell chargers from Amazon might not be genuine, which could explain their short lifespan. Also, you may want to check your charging cable and port because going through chargers that quickly isn't typical.

Thanks for the tip! What exactly should I check on the port?
