Hey everyone! So here's my situation: I switched to Linux a month ago and I really want to run Android apps like WhatsApp and Telegram, as well as use PicsArt Mod for editing. I used to have several Android phones but accidentally broke them out of frustration. Now, I've also faced issues with my laptop; I broke the touchpad and my mouse is now struggling too! I tried Waydroid and loved its speed, but I couldn't get Google services to work, so I can't back up my chats or use mod APKs. I attempted to install x86 on a virtual machine, but it was too slow and I ended up breaking my mouse during the process. I'm considering turning my current dual-boot setup into a triple boot to install x86 natively, but I'm new to all this, so it seems daunting. Is there a way to make Waydroid work with modded apps and Google services? Any help would be appreciated!

You might want to look into installing the GApps package, which adds Google services to your Android setup on Waydroid. It can be a bit tricky to get it right, though. Make sure you're downloading the version that matches your Waydroid installation. If you’re still having issues, plenty of guides online can help you out! Good luck!
What exactly is the GApps version? I tried to install GApps but had no success.
