Hey everyone! I'm on the lookout for recommendations on alternatives to CDW. We've had some ongoing issues with our account manager, slow shipping, and rude comments regarding our order size. At one point, our rep mentioned that since we're a smaller company, they didn't prioritize our orders. As a Canadian company, I need options that can service Canada and allow orders via purchase order. Thanks in advance for any suggestions!

You might want to consider getting a new account manager at CDW. It can make a big difference if you get someone more responsive. I've had mixed experiences myself, but the good reps really are worth it. Just keep pushing for better service!
Yeah, I found out who their boss is but it's tough to get a response. Might be worth following up once she's back!
Insight Global is another solid option. They've been great for us with follow-ups and service. It sounds like they've got a better reputation than what you're experiencing currently with CDW.

You could also try MicroAge. I switched from CDW to them a couple of years ago, and they’ve been fantastic. They have a strong presence in Canada, which should suit your needs well.

Have you looked into SHI? They have offices in Canada and I've had a better experience with them than CDW. Might also be worth checking into B&H Photo Video for some hardware; they ship quickly and have great stuff, though they're based in the U.S. so you'll want to check their shipping options for Canada.
