I'm about to build my first PC, and I know prices are pretty outrageous right now. I believe they're likely to keep rising for the next couple of years, so I'm willing to invest. I'm posting here to see if anyone with more experience might catch any incompatibilities, potential bottlenecks, or has suggestions for improvements without exceeding a budget of $3500. Overall, I'm aiming for a build that's powerful, silent, compact, and has no RGB features. I'd love any advice you can offer! Here's what I have so far:
- **Case:** Lian Li A3-mATX Micro ATX Mini Tower Black / Brown Wood Mesh Side Panel - $86.99
- **CPU:** AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D 4.7 GHz 8-Core AM5 - $429.99

Just a heads up, I based my build off this video, in case it helps you too: https://youtu.be/8xeGAuEYfTU?si=3OE5JlLXAOjnCheb
A silent case with ten fans? You're gonna need some serious fan curve magic. I recommend swapping out the 120mm fans for 140mm with lower RPMs if you even need that many in such a compact case.
Oops, I just realized the motherboard is mATX. My mistake! Is the PSU still a good choice? I thought I selected the right one.
You can achieve about 85% of that performance for around $1300 less! Don't overthink your case cooling either. Honestly, you don't need five Noctua fans; that's a bit overkill.

Thanks for the suggestion! I'll definitely check that out!
