Should I be Concerned About Reallocated Sector Counts on My External Hard Drive?

I received an alert from CrystalDisk regarding the reallocated sector counts on my 1TB Toshiba external hard drive. The warning states 'caution' and displays the following values: Current 100, Worst 100, Threshold 50, with everything else showing blue. I'm wondering if I should be worried about this issue and if there's any way to fix it?

You might want to look into using HDDSentinel (the trial version works fine) to check the health percentage of your drive. If the health is below 100% (even just 99%), it’s essentially considered broken, especially for HDDs. This can be indicated by a yellow caution sign on CrystalDiskInfo. It's a good idea to back up your data as soon as possible since it could be unrepairable.

Definitely prioritize moving your important data off that drive. You should only use it for files that you really don’t care about anymore, just to be safe. It might not be worth risking any vital information.
