Should I Be Worried About a Graphics Card with Broken Seals?

I recently got a TUF 5070ti from Amazon, but I noticed the seals on both the box and the card's wrapper were broken. Fortunately, the protective films and the seal on the screws are still intact, and there's no visible damage to the card itself. I'm wondering if it's okay to go ahead and use it or if I should be concerned about that condition.

You never know what might have happened to it. While it seems fine, I'd definitely prefer getting something that’s genuinely new if that's what I paid for.

Make sure to check if the serial number on the GPU matches the box. That might help you feel a bit better about keeping it.

It's probably okay to use, but it does raise some flags since you were sold a new card that seems used. Personally, I'd return it to be safe.

If you’re not in a hurry and really want what you paid for, returning it might be the better option. I wouldn't take any chances; you paid for a brand new card after all.

I definitely feel concerned. It’s natural to be skeptical in this situation. You want to make sure you’re getting what you paid for.
