I'm considering purchasing some RAM and wanted to get your advice. There's a store selling Kingston 1x32GB sticks with a speed of 6000MHz and CL30 for $170 each. If I buy two of them, will they perform the same as a 2x32GB kit? I've heard conflicting information online about this.
Alternatively, I found a 2x16GB kit at $190, which runs at 6000MHz but has a CL36 latency. Is that a good option? What would you recommend in terms of performance and value, given the current RAM prices?

Using two individual 32GB sticks should work just fine! Just remember to only use two sticks at a time; if you want 64GB, it's better to go for 2x32GB instead of 4x16GB. Keep it simple!
Exactly, I'm also wondering if buying two 1x32 sticks will work as well as the 2x32. I've read they might not maintain the same speed.

But why is it such a big deal to avoid using four sticks? Aren’t they allowed to run together?
