I'm on the hunt for the cheapest GPU that can handle Spider-Man 2, and I found a Vega 56 but have some questions before I decide to buy. First, how much of an impact does flashing the BIOS to the V64 version make? The Vega 56 I'm looking at doesn't come with dual BIOS. Also, how does the base Vega 56 stack up against an overclocked version, compared to a 1660 Super? I've had a rough time with drivers on my RX 580, so I'm curious if the Vega 56 will be similar in that regard. Lastly, are there any benefits the 1660 Super has just because it's a newer card?

I built a rig with a Vega 56 back in 2017 and it still runs decently. I played Spider-Man Remastered, and while it's not ideal, it was definitely playable. For most games, it's fine as long as you manage settings—Overwatch at 1440p runs around 144hz on medium/high settings, but some newer titles struggle in more demanding scenarios.
Did you tweak any settings, like clock speeds or voltage? Also, have you tried flashing the Vega 64 BIOS?
