I'm in the market for an NVMe M.2 SSD and I'm trying to decide between one that has a built-in heatsink or saving some cash by getting an SSD and an aftermarket heatsink separately. Which option is more worthwhile? Also, does anyone have recommendations for a good heatsink for the Samsung 990 Pro?

Most motherboards actually come with heatsinks for the M.2 slots, so you might not even need to worry about that. If your board has one, you're good to go without a separate heatsink!
So if I skip a heatsink, I'm fine, right?
