I'm new to building PCs and looking for some guidance on graphics cards. I want to know if it's smarter to save $100 and go for the Sapphire Pulse Radeon RX 9060 XT with two fans or stick with the Gigabyte Radeon RX 9060 XT Gaming OC which has three fans. I'm trying to avoid online purchases due to my lack of experience, so any advice would be appreciated!

Generally, the cheaper option is a good choice, unless there's a big difference in performance. Both brands are reliable, but many recommend Sapphire or XFX for better cooling and longevity.
I've got the Sapphire Pulse and it's been great! With a power limit set to +10% and a voltage drop, it stays under 60°C even during heavy use. If you're leaning towards a RX 9060 XT, I would suggest the Sapphire, especially with the price saving!
