I'm currently using a Ryzen 7 5700X with 16GB of RAM and I'm trying to decide whether to get the RTX 5070 or the RTX 5060 Ti. Is it worth spending more on the 5070? Alternatively, should I go with the 5060 Ti and upgrade my RAM to 32GB instead? I'm mainly focused on 1080p gaming and would appreciate any advice!

Most games today don't require more than 16GB of RAM, so I’d recommend going for the better GPU, the 5070. It will give you a significant performance boost, especially at 1080p!
The 5700X is powerful enough for 1080p gaming, and you won't fully utilize the 5070 right away. If you're looking for smoother gameplay and better performance, consider the 5060 Ti and add more RAM later. But if you think you'll be playing at higher resolutions (like 1440p) soon, then the 5070 is the better investment long term.
True! Unless you're gaming at ultra settings on 4K, the 5060 Ti might struggle. I'd definitely consider the 5070.
