Hey everyone! I'm putting together a new PC build and I've got a couple of options for the GPU. I'm considering the ASRock RX 9070 Steel Legend 16GB OC, but my brother is offering me his RTX 3080 for free. Here's the full specs of my build:
**CPU:** AMD Ryzen 7 7700
**Motherboard:** Gigabyte B650 EAGLE AX ATX
**RAM:** G.Skill Flare X5 32GB (2x16GB) DDR5-6000 CL30
**PSU:** MSI MAG A850GL PCIe 5.0 850W 80+ Gold
**Case:** Montech AIR 903 MAX ATX with 4 PWM Fans
**Cooler:** NZXT Kraken 240mm RGB AIO with LCD
I'm located in the Philippines, and I'm looking for insights on which GPU to pick. Additionally, any recommendations for a good M.2 SSD and case would be greatly appreciated!

I'd say go for the RX 9070 if you want the latest tech, but remember that the RTX 3080 could be a great budget option, especially since it's free! Just keep in mind the performance differences – the 9070 should outpace the 3080 performance-wise. If you're gaming at 1080p, the 3080 still holds up well to save some cash. We haven't seen the final prices for either yet, so it might be a wait-and-see situation.
If you can get that 3080 for free, you should definitely consider it! That saves you a lot of cash for other upgrades.
