I'm considering a Samsung 990 EVO Plus SSD with 4TB capacity for my PC build this Black Friday. With the increasing size of new games, I'm wondering if 4TB is necessary or if a 2TB would suffice. What do you all think? Are there any good deals out there?

It really depends on your situation. If you're like me and typically play just a couple games at a time, 2TB could be plenty. However, if you like to keep a bunch of games installed, I’d say 4TB is safer.
If the price is right, definitely go for the 4TB SSD. I regret not getting more storage initially; I quickly filled my 2TB. The extra capacity will just let you download and store what you want without thinking about it.
4TB isn’t overkill at all! Many AAA games are massive, often nearing 100GB each. If you enjoy playing multiple games at a time or store other files, that space can fill up fast. Plus, prices for SSDs are likely to rise soon, so grabbing a bigger one now might be a smart move.
Honestly, you can never have too much storage. If your budget allows, go for the biggest size you can afford. You’ll thank yourself later when you’re not juggling files or uninstalling games to make room.
From what I’ve seen, more storage is always better! I’ve got a mix of drives, and I hate worrying about what to uninstall. If you find a good deal on the 4TB, go for it!
