I recently ordered a 5070 Ti from Amazon because it was being sold at MSRP, and I was told it's one of the best for build quality and cooling. I was careful to ensure it was marked as "Shipped & Sold by Amazon" when I placed my order. However, I've since checked the invoice and it now states it's "Sold by: Amazon.com, Supplied by: Other," which worries me because I've heard of scams where third-party sellers end up supplying the product. The product page still indicates it's sold by Amazon, which is confusing. I'm anxious about waiting for this GPU only to get a defective or fake one. I'm considering ordering a different model from Best Buy for pickup since they seem more reliable, but I'm not sure if I should go through with it given they don't carry the Asus Prime. Has anyone gone through something similar?

I'd suggest waiting to see if the Amazon order turns out to be legit. If it arrives as expected, great! If there's a problem, you can handle that through customer support. Just remember to document everything, like taking a video when you unbox it and screenshotting the original label that said it was shipped by Amazon.
That's a good idea! I'll definitely record the unboxing. I’ve been doing that with all my new PC parts, so I’ll keep that trend going.
