Should I Go for 4x8GB or 2x16GB RAM Configuration?

I'm considering upgrading my RAM from 16GB to 32GB since it's pretty affordable and I hear it really enhances performance in games like Marvel Rivals. Right now I've got an Asus ROG B450F motherboard and a Ryzen 5 5600 CPU, with 2x8GB DDR4 3600MHz Corsair Vengeance Pro RAM. I can either buy another pair of the same 8GB sticks to get to 32GB, or sell my current RAM and switch to a 2x16GB setup, which costs about the same. My question is, are there any potential drawbacks to adding two more 8GB sticks?

You’re generally in the clear with 4 sticks of DDR4. Just make sure to match the model, or at least stick with RAM that has the same speed and timings. That should keep things running smoothly!

There's no guarantee that your system will run all four sticks at the max speed, which could be a hassle. I think the smoother option would be to sell the 8GB sticks and go for a 2x16GB setup instead.
