Should I Replace a Damaged PSU Inlet Behind My CPU?

I've noticed that the inlet on my PSU (Power Supply Unit) has been damaged due to dust buildup around my CPU. Thankfully, it didn't cause any severe issues, but I'm unsure about the next steps. I've read that it might need to be replaced since it's damaged, but a friend thinks I can still use it as only the cable was affected and suggested just doing a deep clean and buying a new outlet for the PSU. What do you all think? Any advice would be appreciated! No need to flame me. Here's a link to the image of the damage: https://imgur.com/a/fXOgMLn

It would be a good idea to post pictures of the back of your PSU to really assess the damage. The PSU is crucial for your system, so you want to make sure it's safe to use.
