I currently have two RAM sticks running at 6000 MHz, and I've just bought another two that run at 6400 MHz. Should I return the faster ones to keep everything at the same speed?

It’s usually best to have all matching RAM sticks. If you can, returning the faster ones for a full matching set is a good idea.
Be cautious! Even with identical kits from the same brand, they might use different memory chips. This can lead to stability issues, especially since 6000 MT/s is overclocked for DDR5. Do some research on revisions before mixing them.
You could try manually overclocking all of them to match speeds, but getting four sticks stable above 4800 or 5200 MT/s can be tough, depending on their original speeds. What's your goal with having four sticks? Are you short on memory right now?
32 GB is usually plenty for gaming and basic multitasking. Unless you're regularly hitting 30 GB usage while playing, going to 64 GB might not give you a noticeable boost!
If you enable EXPO/XMP, the faster RAM should downclock to match the slower one. However, this might lead to instability. Consider getting a 2x32 GB kit and selling the mismatched ones.
