Hey everyone! I recently snagged an ASRock Challenger 9070 XT at a great price of $510 through the Newegg TikTok shop. After installing it last week, I discovered that one of the fans is defective and isn't spinning. Newegg's policy doesn't allow for exchanges, only returns, which means I'd lose the discount and have to buy it again at full price. I'm thinking about contacting ASRock for an RMA, but I've never done that before, and it feels a bit disheartening to RMA a brand-new card. What should I expect from the RMA process? In my case, would you go for an RMA or just return the card? Appreciate any advice!

I’ve had no issues with RMA in the past. Honestly, it’s pretty similar to a refund and can even be quicker! Just head over to ASRock’s website, register your product, and create a support ticket through their portal.

RMA from Newegg has always been super straight-forward for me. Just follow your own advice—go to their website, fill out the return info, and they’ll send you a shipping label. Just slap that on the box, drop it off at a UPS store, and you'll likely see your refund in just a few days.
