I'm working on building a PC with dual radiators and would love to get any insights or advice on the best airflow setup. Should the radiator on top be configured to intake or exhaust? Thanks for your help!

Are you running a custom loop? If not, having the top radiator exhaust is still a great option, even without the custom setup.

No custom loop for me!

It sounds like a good setup! As a general rule, hot air rises, so having the top radiator as exhaust and intake from the bottom or front will help maintain good airflow. Just make sure you're getting plenty of cool air in.

Most people recommend setting your top radiator to exhaust. You don't want the warm air from the radiator recirculating inside your case. Keeping that airflow moving out will help keep your components cooler.

That makes sense, but won't the CPU and GPU warm up the air inside the case anyway?

If you're using two radiators, typically you'd want the front one as an intake to bring in cool air and the top one as an exhaust. That way, the front brings in cold air while the top venting out helps manage the heat effectively.

I initially thought about that, but then I worry about the front radiator heating the air inside before the top one can exhaust it.
