I played a key role in migrating our tech from older Oracle systems to a newer stack that includes Kubernetes, OpenShift, and Bamboo. Currently, I'm employed at one of Europe's largest financial institutions, earning above the industry average.
Recently, I interviewed for a Developer position at another company, but the hiring manager was impressed with my DevOps knowledge and suggested I consider a DevOps career path instead. He expressed that they're looking for someone with coding skills to train from scratch in DevOps.
