I'm currently using an RX 6750 XT graphics card paired with an i5-10600K CPU, and I've noticed a significant bottleneck, especially with newer games. I primarily play at 1080p with a target of 60fps. I found a deal for an i5-12400F along with a motherboard for $250. Considering that I'm not in the US and prices are higher here, do you think this upgrade would make a noticeable difference in performance? I'm hoping to make the upgrade soon before prices go up even more.

Upgrading from the i5-10600K to the i5-12400F seems more like a sidegrade than a true upgrade. You might not see a significant improvement in performance with some games. It’s worth considering if your current setup isn't meeting your needs, but the change won’t be drastic.
Honestly, with a 60Hz monitor, a CPU bottleneck isn't usually that big of a deal unless you're playing really CPU-intensive titles. I have an i5-11400 and I can maintain 60fps easily on it. But I get that it can still feel limiting during heavy gameplay scenarios.

So, is that to say it won't help with the bottleneck issue?
