I'm looking for some advice on whether I should upgrade my CPU or my case fans for a better gaming experience. My current setup includes an AMD RX 7600 XT and an AMD Ryzen 5 5500. I'm using the stock fans from a mid-tower case that I found online. I want to play newer games as well as classics like Bellwright and AOE 4, but my fans get pretty loud when I'm on high settings. I'm considering upgrading to a Ryzen 5 5600 or investing in better cooling solutions, like the Corsair NAUTILUS 360 RS liquid cooler or a Corsair fan kit. What do you think - should I prioritize the CPU upgrade or the cooling fans?

Honestly, I wouldn't bother with a Ryzen 5 5600. The performance boost from a 5500 to a 5600 is minimal, so you might as well save up for a much better upgrade like the 5800X3D when it comes out. Plus, just getting more expensive fans doesn't guarantee they'll be quieter. Sometimes, fans can buzz at certain RPMs no matter the price.

What about the Ryzen 7 5700X? Is that still a decent choice?
