Are there other AM4 CPUs that could work better for me? I'm intrigued by the idea of doubling the cores, but I'm open to alternatives like the x3d from a lower series. 2) With RAM and SSD prices being so high right now, should I grab them now or hold off? Honestly, you're not going to feel a noticeable difference with RAM speed upgrades right now, especially with current prices. Stick with 16 GB until you can afford more without breaking the bank. For CPUs, definitely look into the 5700x or 5800x—those are solid choices that will take good care of that 3090!
