I'm a student who's saved up some money and I'm trying to decide between upgrading my CPU or adding a GPU to my current setup. Right now, I have an i5 6500 processor with a Gigabyte B365 DV2 motherboard (which supports 6th to 9th gen processors) and 16GB of 3200MHz DDR4 RAM. With the money I've saved, I can buy a pre-owned GPU, like an RTX 2060 or RX 6600, which come with a warranty of 90-180 days. I can only afford one upgrade, so should I get a GPU or replace my motherboard and CPU with an AMD setup?

Since you don't have any dedicated GPU right now, I highly recommend going for a GPU upgrade. Just make sure your power supply can handle it! What wattage do you have?

I have a 600W 80+ Bronze PSU, so that should be fine, right? Thanks!
