Should I Upgrade My CPU or GPU with $150?

Hey everyone! I've got a bit of a dilemma here. I'm currently running a Ryzen 7 3700X with a 5060 Ti and 32GB of RAM. I'm looking to spend $150 to upgrade either my CPU or GPU. I mainly play games like Doom Eternal, Expedition 33, Destiny 2, and COD 6. I initially thought about upgrading my CPU, but now I'm leaning towards returning the 5060 Ti and getting a 5070 instead. However, I'm concerned about whether my 3700X can keep up with a 5070 since it seems like my GPU usage is often maxed out while the CPU sits around 30-50%. Would it be better to go for the 5070 now and plan a bigger upgrade later, or should I look into upgrading to a 5700X or X3D? What do you all think?

Honestly, I’d recommend going for the GPU upgrade. A 5070 would give you a significant boost in performance compared to what you've got now. Plus, if you think about it, GPU prices tend to skyrocket, while CPU upgrades are usually much cheaper in the long run. Stick with that 5060 Ti for now if it's doing the job well enough.

That’s a solid point! Just worried the 3700X might hold me back with the 5070, though. What do you think?
