I'm faced with a decision: should I spend €200 to upgrade my current setup or buy a used system instead? My current build includes a 5700XT GPU, Ryzen 5 2600 CPU, and an older SSD. Since I do a lot of video editing, I'm looking to upgrade to an NVMe SSD and a better CPU. I was about to order a Ryzen 5 5700X and NVMe for €200. However, I found a used build on Kleinanzeigen that features a Ryzen 7 3700X, 2070 RTX GPU, and a 500GB NVMe for €400. Although the used build specs are slightly lower than what I'd have after upgrading, I think it could still be good for editing, plus selling my current PC might save me money. Is this used build worth it at €400, or should I stick with my upgrade plan?

If you don’t need a new GPU, then upgrading to the new CPU and NVMe sounds solid. You could also look for used CPUs; sometimes you can find a 5900X for around €120-150 in your area, which would be a great boost for video editing.
You should negotiate that used offer down to around €300 if you can. Otherwise, the upgrade might make more sense.
The RAM in the used build is a bit on the low side, and while the 2070 is decent, it's pretty much on par with your 5700XT. Plus, you're looking at a PCIe 3.0 setup with that build. I'd recommend considering other offers.
