I'm currently using an RTX 2060 and an i5 10600K. I'm considering grabbing an RTX 5060 for around $250, which should give me a significant boost in FPS, about 40% more. However, I'm also pondering whether I should invest in an entirely new PC for around $850 to achieve a bigger upgrade. What do you think? Is it worth just upgrading my GPU, or should I go for the full new setup?

Honestly, buying a new PC right now doesn't seem worth it due to current prices. You might spend a hefty chunk just on RAM alone. I’d suggest just upgrading your GPU for now and maybe consider pushing your CPU up to an i7 if you can find it at a decent price.
Or snag a 14600K with a DDR4 motherboard and pair it with a 9060 XT 16GB!
You might want to check out some of the newer options like the 9060XT or the 9070 series. Just keep in mind that Nvidia GPUs generally have higher CPU overhead. Also, the 5050, 5060, and 5060TI run at PCIE X8, which could affect performance a bit.
Totally agree! I just picked up a 9070XT and the CPU handling is fantastic, even at 4K!

Or you could look for a 10900K if you really want more power!
