I'm currently using a 2070 Super graphics card with an i7 9700 CPU and 16GB of DDR4 RAM. After running a benchmark test, it's suggested that I should upgrade my GPU. I thought my setup was fine since I was actually considering upgrading my CPU instead. What do you all recommend I do?

I think upgrading the CPU first may be the way to go. I had a similar setup and switched to a newer processor while keeping my 2070 Super. The performance boost was noticeable even without changing the GPU. Just be mindful that you might be bottlenecked in some newer games with the older GPU. If you’re aiming for 4K resolution later, then upgrading the GPU makes sense too!

That's a good point! I've experienced smoother performance after upgrading my CPU first. It helped mitigate drops in frame rates significantly.

First off, what's your budget for the upgrade? Knowing that can really help narrow down the options!
