Should I Upgrade My GPU or My Whole PC for Roblox?

I'm trying to get better performance for Roblox games, but I'm unsure if I should just upgrade my GPU or go for a full PC upgrade. My current specs include a Geforce GT 730, 8 GB of DDR3 RAM, an i5-2500 processor, and a D306x motherboard. I mostly play games like Town, City-21, Forsaken, and Jujutsu Shenanigans. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Honestly, you're probably better off upgrading the whole PC. Your current setup is pretty outdated for today's standards. For Roblox, you don't necessarily need a super high-end GPU, but anything newer than your GT 730 will perform a lot better. Plus, consider getting at least 16 GB of DDR4 RAM, as 8 GB is on the lower end now. Don't forget to look into an NVMe SSD as well for faster load times! You could build a decent setup with a budget of around 800 GBP, which would easily handle Roblox and even more demanding games in the future.

Max graphics settings will depend on your monitor's resolution and refresh rate. If you're gaming on a lower resolution, you might still get by with a decent GPU upgrade, but it's worth considering how your entire system can handle modern games if you plan to play more than just Roblox.

Thanks for pointing that out! I didn’t think about my monitor’s specs. I'll definitely check that out.
