Hey everyone! I recently upgraded most of my PC parts, like the motherboard, CPU, RAM, and even got a new case and power supply. All that's left is the graphics card and my SSD. I'm currently using an RTX 4060 and was wondering if I should bite the bullet and buy a 5070 Ti for around $870 before taxes, or just stick with my 4060. I can already get over 120 fps at 1080p on high settings for most games, but I'm a bit worried about future price increases for GPUs. Do you think it's worth it to upgrade now, or should I hold off?

That's the catch! If you're gaming with a high-end CPU like that, you're bottlenecking it with a mid tier GPU. So, the 5070 Ti seems like a smart choice. Just gauge what you want to play and how much you're willing to spend now.
I hear you on wanting to wait. But if you're looking to upgrade your monitor in the future, the 5070 Ti would definitely complement that well. Your 4060 probably isn't fully utilizing your current 240 Hz monitor.
True, the 5070 Ti is a significant upgrade, but if you're just gaming at 1080p, it might not be worth it for you right now.
If you're considering a 5070 Ti, you might want to pair it with a 1440p monitor to really see its potential. Otherwise, it could feel like overkill for just 1080p gaming.
