I'm experiencing random stutters and significant drops in FPS while gaming and I currently have a Ryzen 5 5600X with 16GB RAM, paired with a 5060 Ti. While I would like to add more RAM, I can't do that at the moment due to supply issues. I'm considering upgrading to a 5700X3D, but I'm unsure if it's worth the investment, especially since AM5 isn't an option right now because of RAM prices.

Have you checked your CPU temperatures? If it's running hot, like over 75C, it might be throttling. Your stated temperatures of 50-60C sound fine, but keep an eye on it, just in case.
Your CPU and GPU combo should generally handle most games well. Just make sure you're running dual-channel RAM setup, as that boosts performance. If you're not seeing the right settings in your BIOS, you might need to enable XMP to optimize your RAM speeds. This can help reduce those annoying stutters you're facing.
Actually, I do have XMP enabled now and I'm using two sticks of 8GB RAM, so it's in dual channel!
