Hey everyone! I'm looking to upgrade my gaming PC setup but I'm torn between sticking with the AM4 platform or taking the plunge to AM5. I want to keep my expenses under 300€, but I'm open to suggestions even if they exceed that limit. Here are my current specs:

- Motherboard: ASRock B450 Pro4 R2.0 (B450 chipset)
- CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600 (6-core/12-thread)
- Cooling: Thermalright Phantom Spirit 120SE CPU Cooler
- GPU: Sapphire Pulse AMD Radeon RX 7800 XT 16GB GDDR6
- RAM: 16GB Corsair Vengeance 3200 MHz DDR4 (2x8)
- PSU: Corsair RM850e
- Storage: 2TB NVME, 1TB HDD, 250GB SATA drive

I don't need any new peripherals, case, or fans since they're all in good condition. I'm primarily using this PC for gaming, and I live in France, so finding parts won't be a problem.

Upgrading your RAM seems like the best move right now, especially on an AM4 budget. You might be able to snag a 32GB DDR4 kit for around what you have. That should really help improve your gaming experience!

I've found some 2x8 DDR4 kits on Vinted for about 70€, so using two of those could work. That should give you a solid 32GB!
