I currently have two 16GB RAM sticks and two 8GB sticks installed in my system. Should I keep all four sticks, or would it be better to just use the two 16GB sticks?

It's generally best to stick with the two 16GB sticks. Mixing RAM can lead to instability issues, and for most gaming needs, 32GB is more than enough.
