I'm in the process of building a new PC and was initially planning to wait for Prime Day to see if any components would go on sale. However, I've already bought a few key parts: I got the 7800X3D for $369 (with a free M.2 drive), an ASUS 5070 Ti for $829, and a Phantom Spirit 120mm fan for $35. Additionally, I have some components left over from my previous build: a Fractal Design Meshify case, a Corsair 850W Gold PSU, and some case fans. There are also some good sales happening right now on Corsair 32GB DDR5 RAM for $94 and a Samsung Pro 990 2TB M.2 drive for $149. My question is, should I just go ahead and buy these parts now or is it worth waiting for Prime Day? Will the RAM, M.2 drive, and motherboard likely see significant discounts then, or am I better off ordering now and starting my build sooner?

Honestly, I’d just grab the RAM and SSD that are on sale now and start building. You’ve got a good case already that’s well-regarded!
It might be good to wait a bit on the RAM and M.2 drive. I’d recommend snagging your motherboard from Newegg now since there are some solid discounts on them.
I’m curious too! Where did you find that 7800X3D with a free M.2? I’ve heard Prime Day deals on computer parts are usually underwhelming.
I found it on Newegg's deal section for the 7800X3D. I'm still looking to get a 2TB for my main drive, but having a free 1TB for a secondary one seems like a bonus!
