I recently received a strange invoice for less than £1 from a US-based Microsoft company, while we're based in the UK and only use UK and EU data storage. The invoice doesn't match any subscriptions visible in our account. Has anyone encountered a similar situation? I'm also concerned about whether there was a data leak since I thought our tenancies were kept separate. The invoice appears to be for Teams Calling US, and we only have subscriptions for Business Premium, UK, and Canada users. How did you resolve similar issues?

That sounds odd! Have you tried checking the ‘All Billing Subscriptions’ section in Azure? It should provide more details about the subscription linked to that invoice. Sometimes, users accidentally activate a trial that could show up as a charge, even if it's nominal. Definitely worth looking there for more context!
This could be due to a new service being enabled or exceeding some usage limits like storage or licenses. I’d recommend checking the Microsoft 365 Admin Center, specifically under Billing > Licenses and Invoices. Any changes could show up there. Just to keep an eye on it!
They confirmed it was for usage from a US company, but we didn't use it!
I went back to check like you suggested, but it’s still not showing up for me, not even as deactivated.
